Whole Cow Butcher Fee

Our Whole Cow share is the ultimate option for those serious about their beef. With a hanging weight of 720-880 pounds and priced between $3,300-$4,000, this share offers the best value per pound and the widest variety of cuts. You'll receive everything from premium steaks to organ meats, soup bones, and plenty of ground beef. This option is perfect for large families, those with ample freezer space, or friends looking to split a bulk order. By purchasing a whole cow, you're not just buying beef – you're investing in a year's worth of ethically-raised, delicious, and nutritious meals straight from our Northern Virginia pastures.

Please Note: A $800 non-refundable butcher's fee is required at the time of purchase to secure your whole cow share. The butcher's fee covers the cost of cutting, vacuum sealing, and labeling your beef. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery, based on the final hanging weight.

Steps to Order a Cow Share:

1. Customize Your Cuts - Tell us your preferences using our cut specification form. Select your ideal mix of steaks, roasts, and other cuts, with remaining portions converted to ground beef. 2. Reserve Your Share - Secure your preferred portion with a butcher's fee: $200 for quarter, $400 for half, or $800 for whole cow. Your butcher's fee guarantees your selection of our premium beef. You'll do that on this page.
   
3. Receive In-Home Delivery - We'll process your order to your specifications and deliver it right to your door within 3-6 weeks. Final payment (cash, check, or credit card with 3% fee) based on hanging weight is collected upon delivery.
